Status of Implementation Progress (Outputs, Activities, and Issues) Three international consultants in the fields of SPS, plant health and animal health and one national consultant have been engaged to date. Missions have been fielded in May 2015 to meet with stakeholders, farmers, retailers, policy makers and people from the agribusiness industry.

The TA will need 7 person-months international consultants' input, 6 person-months of national consultant's input, and will be implemented from September 2014 to December 2015. The consultants will be engaged on an individual basis following the ADB guidelines.
