Project Outcome
Description of Outcome Government, ADB and development partners are informed of key gender issues in Myanmar for policy and programming
Progress Toward Outcome Government and development partners have been consistently involved in discussions, interviews and analysis related to the various sectors presented in the Gender Situational Analysis report. The report was validated in a multi-stakeholder workshop and also through rigorous review and feedback process.

Description of Project Outputs

1. Gender Situation Analysis and advocacy materials prepared and disseminated.

2. Increased consensus and ownership among key stakeholders on the findings of the Gender Analysis

Status of Implementation Progress (Outputs, Activities, and Issues) Both Myanmar and English language versions of the Myanmar Gender Situational Analysis report printed. A launch of the said report was held in October 2016 in Naypyitaw, Myanmar.

Consulting Services An International Coordinator was engaged for 30 days over a one year period. Short-term services were engaged for the translation, typesetting, graphic and cover design and proofreading of the Myanmar Gender Situational Analysis.
Procurement All supplies and services financed from the technical assistance were procured in accordance with ADB's Guidelines for Procurement.
