During Project Implementation TA has been completed. All activities envisaged under the TA have been implemented.
Business Opportunities
Consulting Services A total of 37 person months of consultancy services will be required to prepare the project. ADB will recruit the consultants in accordance with its Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2010, as amended from time to time). International power system specialist and the international environmental specialist will be recruited as individual consultants. A firm will be engaged to provide the remaining consultancy services. The consulting firm will be selected according to quality- and cost-based selection procedures using the standard quality-cost ratio of 80:20.
