Regional Power Company No. 1 (PC1) 110 kV transmission system expanded and distribution system rehabilitated and upgraded by 2011 3. Regional Power Company No. 2 (PC2) construction of 110 kV transmission lines, and increased transformation capacity in existing 110kV substations. By 2011 4. Hanoi Power Company (HNPC) 110 kV transmission system expanded and distribution system rehabilitated and upgraded by 2011 5. Hai Duong Power Company (HDoPC) 110 kV transmission system expanded by 2011 6. Ninh Binh Power Company (NBPC) 110 kV transmission system expanded by 2011 7.
