| Description | The objective of the Project is to facilitate essential investments required for power sector development in Afghanistan and invest in underserved and off grid areas, mobilizing local resource (small to medium hydropower) for maximum community benefits. The TA study will review existing hydropower assessment work and prepare a project suitable for external financing. | ||||
