| Description | The scope of the TA will include: (i) to review and reconfirm the suitability of selected towns for investment under the ensuing Project; (ii) to prepare a basic plan for integrated flood protection supported by a clearly defined immediate Improvement Action Program; (iii) to determine the specific Project components to meet the priority needs; (iv) to assess the feasibility of the Project (technical, economic, financial, social and environmental); and (v) to recommend institutional arrangements for Project implementation, operation and management based on the experience of the earlier project for Secondary Towns Integrated Flood Protection Project. | ||||
