| Consulting Services | The TA will require a total of about 56 person months of consulting services including 16 person months of international and 40 person months of domestic services. The international recruited consultants will have expertise in: (i) road engineering, (ii) transport and development economics, (iii) road transport policy, (iv) environmental impact, (v) social impact, (vi) poverty pro poor analyses, (vi) traffic studies, and (vii) institutional strengthening. |
