| Description | The objective of the proposed Power Sector Development Program II is to provide continued support to the Government to further improve sector performance both technically and financially. | Consulting Services | About 20 person-months of international and 25 person-months of domestic consulting services are required. The international consultants will have expertise in power sector restructuring, energy economics and macro-economic modeling, financial analysis and financial management, power system planning, least-cost generation expansion, transmission analysis and design, environmental assessment, resettlement, poverty assessment and social impact analysis. |
