Power System Expansion and Efficiency Improvement Investment Program - Tranche 3: Tranche Report

In this Tranche Report dated November 2015, the President recommends that the Board authorize the conversion of $205,000,000 into a tranche to finance Tranche 3 of the ADB project 42378-017 in Bangladesh, and approve the proposal to permit procurement in nonmember countries of ADB of goods, works, and services produced in nonmember countries of ADB.
