This report evaluates the performance of the Kathmandu Urban Development Project aimed to reduce critical infrastructure deficiencies, institutionalize local planning process and strengthen the development control system and increase the capacity of the local government to maintain, operate and sustain local services and infrastructures in Nepal. IED overall assessment: Partly successful.
