This report evaluates the performance of the Northeast Minor Irrigation Project designed to increase crop production and farm income through expansion of minor irrigation facilities in four districts of Greater Sylhet and adjacent districts of Netrakona and Kishoreganj in Bangladesh. IED overall assessment: Partly successful.
