Consulting Services The TA will finance 5.5 person-months of consulting services . An international consultant will be engaged as Knowledge Product Developer/Writer for 3 person-months. A national consultant will be engaged as Outreach Organizer and Knowledge Product Coordinator for 2.5 person-months. A local administrative assistant will also be hired for a maximum of 10 working days under Miscellaneous administration and support costs to support the preparation and implementation of the workshop. An international workshop facilitator will also be hired for each of the regional workshops, to ensure full participation of all participants and speakers in a professional manner. ADB will engage consulting firms/individual consultants in accordance with ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and the associated PAIs/TA Staff Instructions. All procurement under the TA will be done in accordance with ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2015, as amended from time to time). The terms of reference for consultants are in Appendix 4.
