ADB organized a workshop in May 2016 to obtain feedback on expectations and gauge interest in using the e-GP in Software As A Service (SAAS) model. Based on this workshop and a detailed study of procurement legislation in 3 Pacific Island Countries, Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) for implementation of the e-GP system in the SAAS model was prepared.
