The PRC Fund was established in March 2005 to support poverty reduction, regional cooperation, and knowledge sharing among developing member countries of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). General information about the project technical assistance and grants supported by the PRC Fund and details about their operational performance in 2018 are highlighted in this publication. The PRC Fund is administered by ADB.
