This is an eligible transaction under the Faster Approach to Small Nonsovereign Transactions (FAST) framework. The transaction involves a loan of up to $8,000,000 to Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company (BIWASE) for the Binh Duong Water Treatment Expansion Project in Viet Nam and the administration of technical assistance (TA) not exceeding $500,000 to be provided by the Republic of Korea e-Asia and Knowledge Partnership Fund for the Creditworthiness and Institutional Capacity Enhancement for BIWASE.
