Description | The knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) will support to operationalize the Office of Pacific Energy Regulators Alliance (OPERA) through capacity building and knowledge product to enable the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to strengthen innovation in Pacific energy reforms and meet the emerging requests for analytical support from DMCs. The TA will focus on development and adoption of regulation reforms to support new technologies to decarbonize energy and achieving Pacific NDCs targets. The TA will assist with the preparation of an innovative regulation framework embed the latest policy dialog on creating incentive mechanism for attracting private participation in energy sector in Pacific. The TA will raise awareness of the emerging regional issues and challenges and use of public private partnership (PPP) transparency framework to provide more efficient and transparently regulated sector. | ||||||||||
