The project will support inclusive and sustainable development of the secondary cities of Bavet, Kampot, and Poipet, by providing (i) access to improved wastewater services to 26,850 people, (ii) improved solid-waste management services benefiting 91,130 people, (iii) reduced flooding through improved urban stormwater and drainage systems benefiting 23,960 people, and (iv) capacity development to strengthen the institutional capacity of the municipal administrations in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of public services.
