A decade ago, much of Cambodia’s national and provincial road network, essential for economic development, was unpaved. Roads, rivers and waterways were vulnerable to climate change impacts.
Opportunities for trade and access to health and educational services were limited.
In response, ADB, in partnership with the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia, initiated The Provincial Roads Improvement Project (PRIP) to rehabilitate 158.5 km of national and provincial roads.
