Jerome Herradura

Jerome Herradura is Administration and Communications Coordinator for the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB’s) North American Representative Office.

Jerome has served as the Finance and Administration Officer for ADB’s North American Representative Office since November 2017. In this capacity, he performs financial and budgetary management, reporting, knowledge sharing, outreach, and partnership functions, and provides a broad range of administrative support services.

Jerome’s earlier ADB experience includes partnership development and resource mobilization for over 8 years in the Office of Cofinancing Operations and 3 years in the Office of Risk Management working on portfolio risk management.  

Jerome previously worked as a Financial Analyst focusing on Initial Public Offerings at The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc., before joining the Asian Finance and Investment Corporation Limited as Investments Manager responsible for reviews of financial covenants, compliance certificates, and project and financial reports. 

Jerome has an MS in Finance from De La Salle University, and a BS in Economics with Specialization in Quantitative Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
