Description The Project will be to assist consolidation and extension of ongoing educational reform plans and programs within the education strategic plan (ESP) and education sector support program (ESSP) that enable poverty reduction through expanded education opportunities to disadvantaged groups. The purpose of the TA will be to assist in formulating the revised ESP and ESSP plans and programs, including the Medium-Term Expenditure Program, 2004-2008; and prepare a feasibility study for the Second Education Sector Development Program.

Business Opportunities

Consulting Services About 20 person-months (pm) of consulting services from a team of six individual international expertts in the fields of (i) policy development and institutional management (5 pm), (ii) planning and financing management (1.5 pm), (iii) education economics (1.5 pm), (iv) occupational programs and community centers for life-long development (4 pm), (v) program review and development (5pm), and (vi) non-formal education and micro-finance (3 pm, to be financed by GTZ), will be required.
