What is the grant?
The Australia Technical Assistance Grant was established in 1993 as a platform for cofinancing of technical assistance and grants to ADB loans in Asia and the Pacific.
What are the priorities?
The priority is for financing, on a grant basis, a mutually agreed technical assistance program based on the Memorandum of Agreement signed in August 1990 between the Government of Australia and ADB.
What kind of activities will be financed from the fund?
Technical assistance projects covering preparation, advisory services, implementation and other activities that may be agreed upon by the Government and ADB.
Who is eligible to receive the grant?
The recipients of the grant are ADB’s developing member countries (DMCs) and regional institutions located in such countries.
