Consulting Services | About 26 person-months of international consulting services and 47 person-months (pm) of domestic consulting services will be required. The international expertise will include: team leader/economist/planner (9 pm), institutional development specialist (4 pm), agriculture economist (2 pm), rural engineer (2 pm), environmentalist/sustainable land management (2 pm), sociologist (2 pm), vocational education specialist (2 pm), and others as needed (3 pm). The domestic expertise will include: economist/deputy team leader (9 pm), institutional specialist (6 pm), irrigation systems specialist (6 pm), rural sociologist (6 pm), agribusiness specialist (4 pm), environmental specialist (4 pm), agriculture/livestock specialist (6 pm), and others as needed (6 pm). The services of a firm will be engaged in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants and other arrangements acceptable to ADB for the engagement of domestic consultants. A simplified technical proposal procedure using the quality- and cost-based selection procedure will be adopted for recruiting the consulting firm. |
