Description The objectives of the project are to: (i) provide a sustainable production guarantee mechanism (including seed funds, production inputs and technical services) to support the livelihood development of the bottom poor in coastal and small island communities; (ii) strengthen the development of local institutions in relation to production systems that are compatible with natural resource conservation; and (iii) upscale the lessons learned from the pilot project to promote expanded.

Business Opportunities

Consulting Services Project consultants, mainly local NGOs and research institutions required to provide technical and other assistance will be hired by the PMU using direct selection procedures in consultation with ADB and in accordance with ADB's Guidelines for Consulting Selection.
