The objectives of the project are to: (i) provide a sustainable production guarantee mechanism (including seed funds, production inputs and technical services) to support the livelihood development of the bottom poor in coastal and small island communities; (ii) strengthen the development of local institutions in relation to production systems that are compatible with natural resource conservation; and (iii) upscale the lessons learned from the pilot project to promote expanded.
