Sri Lanka: Postsecondary Education
The TA will assist the Government to prepare a project to improve the country's human resources by expanding access, proving the quality of postsecondary education, and strengthening the capacity of the Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL), private postsecondary institutes (PPSIs), and government postsecondary institutes (GPSIs). The TA will address issues of quality, access, and capacity in postsecondary education and lead to restructuring of public and private institutions to improve the internal and external efficiency of education and training.
