The proposed S-PPTA will be implemented over a period of 3 months, from mid October 2008 to mid January 2009. Consulting services will total 10 person-months (3 pm international and 7 pm national). Individual consultants will be recruited directly or through a firm in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants, 2007, as updated from time to time.

Two international and four national consultants will be engaged:


(i) institutional specialist (1.5 pm); and (ii) financial management specialist (1.5 pm).


(i) financial analyst (2 pm); (ii) sanitation engineer (2 pm); (iii) dispersion modeling specialist (2.5 pm); and (iv) procurement specialist (0.5 pm).
