Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy To achieve economic progress through infrastructure development, support to the energy sector is a major intervention. A 5-10 year development program will be defined to support government investment and private sector participation.

Business Opportunities

Consulting Services International consultants will be engaged for a total of 16 person-months and domestic consultants for 42 person-months. The consulting team will be selected and engaged through a firm in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants, and other procedures acceptable to ADB for the selection and engagement of domestic consultants. The simplied technical proposal format and quality and cost-based selection will be used.
