| Description of Project Outputs | The key outputs of the proposed TA will be (i) overall power sector assessment report in terms of energy efficiency; (ii) an update of electricity demand forecast to define medium-term investment requirements for energy efficiency improvements in power generation, transmission and distribution systems; (iii) a comprehensive power sector efficiency strategy and sub-sector specific action plans to address both supply and demand side management measures; (iv) a study report for initial benchmark indicators with regard to sector performance and efficiency; (v) an energy efficiency capacity development program; (vi) identification of candidate energy efficiency components for ADB financing; and (vii) a feasibility study report including scope of ensuing project; cost estimates; technical, financial, economic, and socioeconomic analysis; environmental analysis; social impact assessment. |
