Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy | The Country Strategy and Program (CSP) 2005-2009 aims at supporting the Royal Government of Cambodia to implement the decentralization and deconcentrration policy and strategy. It is part of an overall effort by ADB to promote good governace in Cambodia. The CSP also supports gender mainstreaming in the sectors and projects supported by ADB. This TA is piggy-backed to Grant 0066-CAM "Commune Council Development Project Phase 2", to provide gender mainstreaning activities. |
