|Consulting Services||Total consultants input is estimated at 72 person-months (pm) - 12 international and 60 domestic. The consultants will be engaged through a firm in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants and Its Borrowers, based on the quality-and cost-based selection method and other arrangements satisfactory to ADB for engaging domestic consultants. The consultants will have expertise in water supply development, sanitation, tariff analysis, financial and economic analysis, institutional development, social analysis and poverty impact assessment, and environmental matters.|
