Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy | The TA was included in the ADB Country Strategy for 2002-2005. The PPTA was plnned as part of the approval of the ongoing loan (Loan 2151-IND) which focuses on rehabiliation, not expansion, of services. The strategy is to provide a follow on loan to increase the capacity of water supply and sewage treatment, expand water distribution, sewage collection and drainage networks and solid waste management capacities. | ||||
