Business Opportunities

Consulting Services The TA will be implemented over a period of 7 months from the fielding of consultants, which is anticipated in June - July 2012. Consultants will be recruited in accordance with ADBs Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2010, as amended from time to time). ADB will recruit the national consultants through a firm using bio-data proposal for the quality- and cost-based selection method (quality-cost ratio of 80:20). The international consultants will be recruited on an individual basis, allowing a flexible approach ensuring that the appropriate expertise for introducing results based financing approach can be recruited, and that a mix of skills conducive to working with an education sector program framework approach can be quickly recruited and deployed.
