|Progress Toward Outcome||The MFF had been successfully implemented. The first tranche (Loan 2296-PRC) was closed in April 2010 with loan usage rate 99.96%. The second tranche (Loan 2408-PRC) was closed in March 2012 with loan usage rate 100%.|
|Description of Project Outputs||Hydropower developed, expanded and improved rural power network; and capacity developed in seeking carbon revenues from clean energy development, and integrating environment and social issues in the project cycle.|

|Consulting Services||The Investment Program will provide 2 person-months of international consulting services and 10 person months of national consulting services to assist PIA with the Project 1 implementation, especially in areas of compliance with safeguard issues, and in project monitoring, control and reporting. For Project 2, an assessment will be made by the PIA and the EA, on the person-months and nature of consulting services input required before the finalization of the second PFR. All consultants will be selected and engaged in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants and other arrangements for the selection and engagement of national consultants acceptable to ADB.|
|Procurement||ADB will finance procurement of materials and equipment for the Investment Program, following ADB Guidelines for Procurement. Civil works will be procured under national competitive bidding procedure; equipment will be procured under international competitive bidding or local shopping or national competitive bidding procedures.|
