Business Opportunities

Consulting Services The TA will be implemented over a period of approximately 8 months, intermittently from Feb 2007 to Jan 2008, and will require an estimated total of 41 person-months of consulting services, of which at least 25 person-months are for international services and 16 person-months are for domestic consulting services. The following areas of expertise have been identified at this stage for the international consultants: (i) SOE Reform Specialist/Team Leader (6 person-months); (ii) Organization Development Specialist (2 person-months); (iii) Business Restructuring (Power) Specialist (2 person-months); (iv) Capacity and Administrative Restructuring Specialist (3 person-months); (v) Financial Analyst (2 person-months); (vi) Asset Valuation Specialist (1.5 person-months); (vii) Transaction Specialist (3 person-months with support of 2 national transaction specialist's support of 4 months each); (viii) Legal Specialist (2 person-months); (ix) Social Safety Net Program Specialist (1.5 person-months); and (x) Communication/Change Management Specialist (2 person-months). National consultants will be engaged to complement the expertise of the international consultants: (i) Legal Specialist (2 person-months); (ii) Transaction Specialist (2 specialists at 4 months each); (iii) Support Consultants (6 person-months).
