The purpose of this TA is to strengthen and deepen Financial Institutions in which PSOP makes or expect to make investments (equity, loans, etc) as to ensure that PSOP's transactions are as high-impact as possible.

PSOP will use this TA to support these FII-related activities. Although the structure of the TA allows PSOP latitude in responding to the specific needs of individual FIs, all the activities funded by the TA support the themes of building stronger, deeper financial institutions, and increasing the financial the financial and developmental impacts of PSOP's interventions.

Consulting Services An individual consultant with expertise on environmental management system and safeguards will be required for 3-6 person-months. Assistance of consulting firms with expertise in the fields of risk management and internal control, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, anti-corruption, and SME financing will be required for 24 months.
