The Asian Development Bank is working with the Philippines to rehabilitate and reconstruct key infrastructure facilities in the province of Southern Leyte that were damaged by the February 2006 landslides. The project is rehabilitating farm-to-market roads, upgrading the provincial hospital, building an elementary school, and establishing a provincial disaster management center.
