During Project Design ADB's Office of Regional Economic Integration (OREI) conducted a fact-finding mission to the ASEAN Secretariat to determine how ADB could support trade-related capacity building in ASEAN countries.
During Project Implementation Feedback from DMC middle-level trade officials who participated in the training courses on _Designing, Negotiating, and Implementing Free Trade Agreements_ was taken into account to improve subsequent training programs.
