Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy | The project is an economic development strategy that supports the Transport Sector Roadmap in ADB's country strategy for Viet Nam. It supports the development of provincial and district networks by the development of the SSH that would provide a shortcut for traffic between Ho Chi Minh city, the central Mekong Delta region and the Southern Coastal Corridor. |
