Consulting Services The PPTA will be implemented by an international consulting frim with experience and expertise in providing advisory services for the design, procurement, and implementation of integrated ticketing systems (automated fare collectionX for urban MRT networks. It is estimated that 20 international person-months and 18 national person-months of input would be required over a period of 9 months, commencing in April 2008.
