Thailand: Integrated Ticketing System for the Mass Rapid Transit

The Asian Development Bank is working with develop an integrated ticketing system for the MRT lines as part of the government’s expansion plans in urban Bangkok. The project is introducing a single, common fare smartcard that can be used on the new MRT lines, and eventually used on other modes of public transit such as buses and ferries.
