Regional : Energy for All Initiative
The purpose of the TA is to undertake pilot deminstration projects or financing modalities in 2 3 DMCs that are scalable, replicable, and will have the most significant long term impacts on increasing new access to electricity for the poor. The RETA will focus on models that involve the private sector, financial institutions, and community based organizations and will be based on studies that were done under ADB's previous work in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and greenhouse gas abatement, as well as other best practices in the region.
