|Consulting Services||An international consulting firm in association with national consultants will be selected and engaged in accordance with ADB's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants. A total of about 11 person-months of international and 42 person-months of national consulting services will be required. The consultants will have extensive experience in (i) transport planning, including related financial management; (ii) economic evaluation of road projects; (iii) transport policy institutional arrangements; and (iv) environmental, social, and poverty impact assessments, including resettlement.|
