International and national consultants will be recruited by ADB on an individual basis. A total of 20 (7 international and 13 national) will be required. Five international consultants and five national consultants will be engaged to carry out the activities.
COMPONENT 1: Tax Revenue Enhancement. Tax Policy Specialist (International, 2 person-months); Tax Policy Analysts (2 national, 4 person-months).
COMPONENT 2: Modeling Specialist (International, 1 person-month); Macroeconomist (International, 2 person-months); Economic Modeling Specialist (National, 5 person-months).
