Consulting Services The technical assistance will provide a total of 8.5 person-months of consulting services (4.5 person-months inernaitonal and 4 person-months domestic) for sectoral analysis with specific work in value chain, political economy, and economic analysis to contribute to the expected outputs. The consultants will be recruited individually in accordance with the Guidelines on the Use of Consultants by ADB and its Borrowers.
