|Description of Project Outputs||The output of the PPTA will be the TA consultants' final report focusing on the following key areas to improve the value addition of ADB assistance: (i) local road development and maintenance, (ii) road safety, (iii) transport services, (iv) axle load enforcement, (v) vehicle emissions, (vi) toll roads managing and operating, (vii) private sector financing, (viii) stakeholder consultation, and (ix) safeguard documents based on ADB safeguard policies.|
