During Project Design | Extensive consultations were conducted with the Government [including Ministry of Finance (MOF); Ministry of Industries; Ministry of Commerce; Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock; Ministry of Labor, Manpower and Overseas Pakistanis; State Bank of Pakistan; Planning Commission; Board of Investment; Privatization Commission; Engineering Development Board, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal and the Prime Minister's Secretariat responsible for the Benazir Income Support Program] private sector (including ABN/AMRO, KPMG, McKinsey) and other development partners (including IMF and World Bank). |
During Project Implementation | The Ministry of Finance (MOF) is the executing agency (EA) for the TA. MOF was consulted in the engagement of all consultants under the TA. The TA also organized workshops and seminars with the State Bank of Pakistan and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. |
