Description of Outcome | The expansion of the TA activities to additional irrigation schemes is desirable to further strengthen the reform. WUAs have to develop as self-sufficient business entities with partnerships with the private sector. The formation and strengthening of higher level Farmers' Organization are major activities identified for the TA expansion phase. |
