The C-TA subproject will fund in carrying out the due diligence for economic analysis, assessment of power sector, financial management assessment and preparation of financial projections for the implementing agencies - APGCL and Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL), financial assessment of investment facility, finalize safeguard documents such as environment, involuntary resettlement and indigenous peoples, and preparing procurement plan and procurement documents as per ADB requirements/guidelines for MFF and Tranche 1 loan processing.
