| Consulting Services | International consultants with expertise related to the BFA annual conference theme will be engaged cumulatively for 8 person months to prepare the BFA annual reports. International consultants or resource persons will be engaged as needed cumulatively for 4 person months to conduct training. Two national consultants will be engaged on an intermittent basis for a maximum of 18 person months. One national consultant will help oversee the implementation of the TA, coordinate with the BFA, and assist in preparing the BFA annual reports. The other national consultant will be engaged as the seminar and workshop coordinator for the AEBF. All consultants will be hired as individuals. |
