1. Knowledge creation: Thematic studies and main report that will (i) identify regional policies and related strategic measures, focusing on a number of key sectors and areas that are critical to deepening RCI in Asia and the Pacific; and (ii) develop a framework for incorporating such reforms and strategic measures into national plans, and coordinating these with the development plans of RCI institutions
